Yeah, some antagonists were definitely underdeveloped. Presea is the only known survivor and her Exsphere was still just an Exsphere when she got help. The known test subjects were Anna, Presea, and Alicia. Altessa, Kate, and Vharley were also involved. Kvar seemed to be the most active in the research side of this, Rodyle stole research from Kvar. The original method was lost after the Kharlan War. !NOTE- They really just said Angelus Project when referring to Lloyd’s Exsphere and the project itself, which was kind of confusing.Īngelus Project: Kvar’s project to rediscover a method of producing Cruxis Crystals. It’s unique but reasons for it being unique aren’t really explained other than Yuan stating that it’s evolving, and Kratos suggesting that Lloyd has a special bond with it since his Mom had it on while she was Pregnant with him (in ToF 2). She often feels like a possible love interest and behaves that way, in a very teenage lovestruck way i mean, but then gets just played as comic releave in combination with loyd. Is it just me, or were several antagonists underdeveloped? What was so special about Loyds ExSphere? Did i miss something? aside from it being a one of a kind and created by some special experiments they only said that it was "special" and in some way needed, but i cannot remember where they elaborated beyond that statement. However i still have questions left from ToS and that is why i am here: I started DotW right after and oh boy, what a ride the first hour was.
